1. Who you are contracting with
Sentinel Anti-Raid is provided by Titan Software z.s. (zapsaný spolek (registered association)), Czech Republic.
- Registered seat: Ametystová 702/46, Praha 16 – Radotín, 153 00, Czech Republic
- Company ID (IČO): 29738725
- VAT ID: not registered for VAT
- Contact: [email protected]
“We” and “us” mean Titan Software z.s.. “You” means the person signing in to the dashboard, and where you act for a Discord server, that server.
2. Accepting these terms
Signing in to the dashboard, or adding the bot to a server, forms an agreement on these terms. Your account records which version you accepted and when. The current version is 2026-09-04.
3. What the service is
Automated raid, nuke and account-takeover protection for Discord servers, with a dashboard for configuring it, optional FiveM server monitoring, structure snapshots and restore, deny lists, and an HTTP API. The documentation describes the features; the privacy policy describes the data.
4. Price
The service is currently provided free of charge. Plan tiers and their limits exist and are enforced, but no payment provider is connected and no paid plan is offered — assigning a plan to a server is an internal action. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the price, the billing period, the tax treatment, the renewal and cancellation terms, and the applicable withdrawal rights before anybody can buy anything, and we will ask you to accept updated terms.
5. Who may use it
- You must be at least 15 years old and meet Discord's own minimum age for your country.
- To configure a server you must genuinely hold administrative permissions on it, or have been granted access by somebody who does.
- If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, surveil or profile people.
- Do not submit knowingly false deny-list entries, or use the shared lists to target a rival community. Entries are attributable to the submitting server, and an upheld appeal lowers that server's trust score.
- Do not attempt to access another server's data, or to circumvent rate limits, quotas or plan restrictions.
- Do not resell access, or run automated load beyond your API key's limits.
- Do not use the FiveM checker to probe infrastructure you do not own.
- Do not use the service to break Discord's or Cfx.re's own terms.
7. Automated actions are yours to configure
The protection engine acts on your server according to the thresholds, actions and exemptions you choose. Defaults are conservative and a monitor-only mode is available so you can tune without enforcing.
We are not responsible for members removed, roles changed or channels locked by a configuration you set. Review your settings, and use monitor-only mode while tuning. We are responsible for the engine doing what your configuration says — if it does not, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
Members affected by an automated action can contest it; see the privacy policy, section 9.
8. Recovery is best-effort
Snapshots and restore work within what the Discord API permits. Message history in a deleted channel cannot be recovered by any bot, and we do not claim otherwise. Snapshots are a mitigation, not a guarantee — keep your own records of anything irreplaceable.
9. Availability
The service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability. Discord outages, rate limits and API changes affect what any bot can do. We publish current status at /status.
10. Plan limits and lapsed plans
Plan limits — API keys, webhooks, monitored FiveM servers, team members, snapshots, retention windows — are enforced by the service, not by the interface. If a plan lapses, protection is not switched off: the server falls back to free-tier limits. An unpaid invoice should never leave a server unprotected. Data already held beyond the free-tier retention window is then pruned on the free-tier schedule.
11. Suspension
We may suspend a server or an account that breaches these terms, or where suspension is necessary to protect the service or its users. Where practical the reason is recorded in the server's audit log. A suspended server can still be deleted by its owner — a sanction must not trap your data.
12. Ending the agreement
- You, at any time. Remove the bot to stop protection. Delete the server from its settings page to delete its data. Erase your account from your account page.
- Removing the bot stops all processing for that server. If the bot is not re-added within 30 days, the server is marked for deletion and its data is removed after a further 30 days.
- Deleting a server or erasing an account takes effect immediately, with data permanently removed after 30 days. Within that window support can undo it.
What we retain after termination, and on what legal basis, is in the privacy policy, sections 5 and 8.1.
13. Data protection
Where we process personal data on your instructions — the members of your server — you are the controller and we are your processor. Those terms are in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of this agreement. Where we process data for our own purposes, we are the controller; see the privacy policy.
14. Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the service and its software. You keep all rights in your configuration and your data. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.
15. Liability
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, and nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you use the service for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; and our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months or EUR 100. The service is currently free, so this limit is real and you should factor it into your decision to rely on it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service changes. A new version is published with a new version identifier, and dashboard users are asked to review it before continuing. Material changes are announced before they take effect. If you do not accept a new version you can stop using the service and erase your account.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile.
Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Česká obchodní inspekce (ČOI). Please contact us first — most problems are faster to fix directly.
