How to reach us, and what to include.
Support
For a problem with a specific server, include the server ID (Settings → Server settings shows it) and, if you have one, the request ID from the error message. Both appear in our logs and turn a vague report into a five-minute fix.
Security reports
Please read the security page first — it describes what to send and what not to test. Vulnerability reports are handled ahead of everything else.
Blacklist and network warning appeals
If you believe you are wrongly on a shared blacklist or have a wrongly assigned cross-server warning, run /appeal in any Discord server where this bot is present. That proves your identity through Discord and files the appeal against your own account — you do not need to know anything about the listing, and you cannot appeal on somebody else's behalf.
If the bot is not in any server you can reach, email [email protected] with the Discord ID concerned. An operator reviews every appeal; an upheld appeal revokes the entry and lowers the trust score of the server that submitted it. We tell you the outcome and the reason.
A server's own local blacklist is that server's moderation decision, and its staff are the right people to ask — we do not overrule communities we do not run.
Data protection requests
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability requests are handled at that address, and we respond within one month. Some of it is immediate and self-service:
- Dashboard users can download their account record and erase their account from the account page.
- Server owners can delete a server and all of its data from that server's settings page.
- Server members — data held about you sits inside the servers you were a member of and can involve other people, so it goes through the address above rather than a button. We ask you to prove control of the Discord account concerned first.
See the privacy policy for what is held, on what legal basis, and for how long. You can also complain to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ).
